A non-profit organization interested in educating people about water resources. The objective is to promote interaction through the exchange of ideas, information, and technology among members and other stakeholders.
Once comprised of mostly Public Works Directors and City Engineers, the organization has grown and the current membership is representative of public and private sector and includes wastewater, chemists, water superintendents, water operators, engineering consultants, and water works vendors. Individuals who are willing to volunteer their time and energy to the KCWA operate the organization.
